Customer Service and Retention

Our Customer Service and Retention team perform many activities to help our policyholders retain their insurance policies and avoid losing coverage.

We have 24 representatives, among them licensed health insurance agents trained to assist our clients in all areas related to insurance. Our specialists answer all types of insurance questions, from how they can take advantage of the extra benefits of their medical plan to how their insurance works. They can even act as mediators between our client and the insurer, helping them solve problems that may occur with their policies, and everything in between.

During the insurance enrollment period, our team helps members review new plans on the market, answer their questions, and help them make the best decision.

The HolaInsurance Customer Service team works for our members, continuously looking after the health of our policyholders.
