Call Center Director
Frendy is currently managing the call center operation for ACA and Medicare. He started his career at HolaDoctor as a life insurance agent, and soon after, he launched and managed the work-from-home pilot project for HolaDoctor agents.
After this successful launch, Frendy was promoted to General Manager, where he took on scheduling coordination, overseeing the hiring process, and agent placement, to name a few.
Frendy has his B.A. in Business Administration and is pursuing his MBA at UAGC. He was also a Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve, working as a logistic support manager for six years.
